He's got all the words
Used Times New Roman 12
Single spaced like stitches.
Clipping the manuscript (not stapled),
He passes his hand down the smoothness,
Cool now after resting;
Words lined up in wait
Seek the editor's pen.
Running his hand back up,
A small red slice
Opens up his index finger
Just over the knuckle
And bleeds.

oo I really like this! I guess because I identify with it but hey there really is nothing like holding a stack of papers you filled and running your hand down the smooth coolness of that first page. lol
